Salary Details

Age Limit
- Inspector of Income Tax : 18 – 30 years
- Tax Assistant : 18 – 27 years
- Stenographer Grade-II : 18 – 27 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff : 18 – 25 years
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree of recognized University or equivalent examination passed from a recognized University.
2. Tax Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree of recognized University or equivalent Having a data entry speed of 8000 key depression per hour with following cut-off error percentage in data entry speed test: Cut-off on percentage of mistakes for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM- 7%, OH/HH/VH/PWD-10%, UR-5%
3. Stenographer Grade-II
- 12th standard or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or University. The candidates possess certificate of stenography from a recognized institution having speed of 50 words per minute (English) or 65 words per minute (Hindi). Dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi at the speed of 80 w.p.m. The matter will have to be transcribed on computer. The transcription time will be 65 (sixty-five) minutes for Hindi and 50 (fifty) minutes for English.
4. Multi-Tasking Staff
- Matriculation or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board.
